🔄 Flerd Return Policy (Read This Part Carefully, Darlin’)

We want you feeling cute and confident in your Flerd finds. That said — we’re a boutique, not a big-box store 😉

❤️ Returns = Store Credit Only

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original condition.

  • No refunds. Approved returns receive store credit only.

📮 How to Start a Return

  1. Email contactus@shopflerd.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.

💳 Store Credit Details

  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Credit does not expire (because we’re nice like that).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we messed up.

🚫 No Exchanges. None.

  • We do not offer exchanges — no exceptions.

  • If you want a different size or style, simply place a new order using your store credit (while it’s still in stock 👀).


🚫 Final Sale Means FINAL

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or credited:
